Return Policy

As gifts are trends that comes and goes, we do not accept returns for goods sold that are still in good condition.  However, should there be any defect in our goods sold to you, you are welcome to return your purchased item(s) within 30 days of your purchase. We do not refund the cost of shipping. It is your responsibility to ship your purchase back to us billing[at]mycontactlens2u.com before doing so. This may save you unnecessary time and costs of delivery should your products not qualify as a defective item(s) according to our Quality Assurance personnel.

Items that are generally considered to be defective are as follows:-

  • Goods that have been damaged during transit
  • Unusual rapid tarnishing of the goods (within 5 days)

For defective item(s) that have been returned, you are given the option of:-

  1. A full refund* for the defective item(s) in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item(s);
  2. A replacement of the same item(s) (with free shipping and handling, worldwide); or
  3. A rebate credited to your account for your next purchase.

* For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within ten business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
